Chickpeas are one of the most beneficial grains for the body. As most of these contain nutritional components, they contribute greatly to nourishing the body’s internal as well as external skin.
Face care with chickpea flour
Cleanser
- 2 tablespoons of chickpeas
- A few drops of lime
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of almond oil
Take 2 table spoons of chickpeas and wash them well and let them soak in water. Then mix a few drops of lime, honey and almond oil in 2 table spoons of water and apply it on the face and make a cleanser.
Scrub
- A few peas
- A little coriander powder
- A little radish juice
- A few drops of lime
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon grated turmeric
- A few drops of honey
Wash chickpeas well and blend. Mix all the ingredients well with chickpea flour and make a paste and apply it on the face and massage it gently. It removes dead skin cells well.
Pack
- 2 tablespoons of chickpeas
- A little coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
Wash chickpeas well and boil them in water for about two minutes. After that leave it for about an hour and add some water and grind it. Add the other ingredients to the powdered chickpea flour and make a paste, apply it thickly on the skin after removing the dead cells, leave it for about 40 minutes and wash it off.
Massage
- A little ground chickpea flour
- 2 tablespoons of exfoliated aloe vera
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
Mix everything well and apply on cleansed face and massage well.
Toner
Mix a few drops of lime in a little rose water and apply the pack on the removed skin and massage gently. If you have acne-prone skin, mix some chickpea flour, some cow’s milk, a few drops of honey, and a few drops of lime and apply it on the skin. All acne can be cured by this treatment.
No need for scrubbing and massaging. If the skin is dry, a well-ripe avocado with chickpea flour can be added to the mixture.
Chickpea flour treatments are ideal for oily skin.
