My journey started from the dance section.

I have loved dancing since I was a child.

I met Lasantha, a teacher at the Torrential Dance School, whom I met in 2011.

Since then I have been able to join the Torrential Dance Troupe and learn dance.

I was able to learn a lot from the dancing side from the sergeant.

It was while dancing that I turned to that side as a rapper.

I also studied it for a long time. I was doing my music work with two friends I met at dance school.

Through the dance school I then learned roller skating. It was after that training that I turned to roller ball.

You said you work as a dance teacher. Let’s talk about that too.
As a dance teacher, I currently take two classes. This is the class I am conducting with my teacher in Ratmalana and I have another class outside Colombo in Ratnapura. In terms of music, I have done about five songs so far. I have a separate team called “Oru Krua”. He is the one who does the work for my wife.

He has participated in local and international competitions in that category.
I was able to work not only in Sri Lanka but also internationally. I was able to contact a lot of people. I was able to gain experience not only in Sri Lanka but also in many foreign countries through dance, singing and sports.

If you mention the experience you have had so far.
I’m so glad I got to pick hip hop art today. I won a lot of matches abroad as well as in Sri Lanka. He has also lost many matches. I had a great experience with both those victories and defeats.
And I’m so excited about the trip. I gained a lot of experience in dancing, music and roll skates. These things strengthened my life as well as my personal life. Learned a lot of lessons. I went abroad and got to work with talented people from those countries. I am very happy about that.

You represent the Roller Ball national team. Let’s say some of those details.
As a member of the National Roller Ball team, I would like to say that this sport is played with wheelchairs, basketball and hand golf. At present Sri Lanka is among the top 10 out of 55 countries. This is a new sport for Sri Lanka. Although most people in Sri Lanka do not know about these sports, we were able to reach 10 out of 55 countries. As this sport is new to Sri Lanka, we have a lot of competitions at the international level. We have been to about nine countries so far. We have also represented India in three World Cups. He has also participated in two Asian Games. Many people who play roll skating in Sri Lanka have had the opportunity to join this sport.

What sector do you represent as a dancer?
As a dancer I study all forms of dance but what I follow the most is the art of hip hop dance.

First of all I want to remind you of my mom and dad and my brother. Also my teacher is Lasantha Pramuditha Sir. I’ll be here because I met you, sir. Inspired by him, I was able to go on a good journey. I really thank him so much. And the rest of my family is very supportive. I can’t say if there are many people who love me and help me. I thank all of them for encouraging me to stay with them. I love them all so much and ask you to stay with me in the future.

I would also like to know about future prospects.
My biggest hope is to further advance the existing fields and grow my business to a higher level. We are planning to do a great job by connecting Sri Lanka with the international community and that is the biggest plan ahead. You can also contact me on my Facebook account through the account called “Zarro Brammaba”. Also you can contact me through my insta account “e eda dhak” account.

Why were you interested in choosing a field like …….
The reason I choose these things is because of the passion I have had in my heart since I was a child and the love for art. I ‘ve been researching these things since I was in school .I learned things. So I decided that what I really needed to do was learn how to do it right. Today I have come a long way in that art. Really, being able to make my dream come true is one of my greatest achievements.
